KGTechlab respects the privacy rights of users who are using Apps and Games under the Google Play publisher account KGTechlab.

Here we present and describe the privacy policy for the KGTechlab account.

The Privacy Policy states how KGTechlab collects, uses, and stores Personal Information and Non-Personal data by using Apps and Games.

We do not collect any personal information automatically or ask to store personal information. We may collect profile information you may give when you use our apps and games (such as name or email when logging in with Google). We will ask the user before collecting it. KGTechlab never forces anyone to use our products and services.

We will need some permissions to grant or enable the use of the full app or game functionality. If you agree to all the terms of this policy, then you can only install/use our application/game.

We may get the data via a third-party like device, such as device name and operating system, browser type, and language, to better understand user expectations and better serve ads if present in games. We may collect data for advertising and analytics purposes, so we can provide you with a better experience.

We may collect data that we receive if you link a third-party tool with the Apps and Games (such as Facebook or Google). This includes when you use Google Login to sign in, where we may access your basic profile information (such as name and email address that was provided by third-party login, such as Google, Facebook, etc.) to provide authentication and personalization inside the app. This information is used only for account-related features and not shared with others.

If you sign in using Google Login and later choose to delete your account, all associated data and account information will be permanently and immediately deleted.

We may also collect data when you use AI features in our apps. The input you provide (such as text, images, or voice queries) may be processed by our own servers or trusted third-party AI providers to generate results and responses. We do not permanently store AI inputs unless it is required for app functionality (such as saving history or results for the user). Any data sent to AI features is used only for providing the requested service and is not used to train AI models unless clearly mentioned.

Any data or content generated within the app will be permanently deleted when you choose to delete it from the app. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

We maintain appropriate safeguards that ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of personal and non-personal information we collect and store about our account holders, including children under 13, or under the minimum age required in their country, and depending on the app’s Age rating. Personal information collected by us is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public and that are only accessible by authorized employees. We also have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Data Retention
We keep personal data (such as Google login details) only as long as it is necessary to provide you with the app or game functionality. AI data inputs are processed temporarily and not stored permanently, unless the app specifically offers a history or save feature. Non-personal data used for analytics and ads may be retained for as long as required by our third-party service providers.

We may deliver advertising to you in association with your use of our services. Our preferred ad-serving companies are Facebook and AdMob (by Google Inc.). These advertising companies may collect some non-personal information for analytics purposes and to show advertising related to the user’s search results.
